During this time, Siller Academy was launched to share expertise through professional education and corporate training programs, positioning the firm as both advisor and educator. 

The pandemic years reshaped how consulting was delivered. Siller rapidly transitioned to virtual collaboration and remote project delivery while maintaining continuity and high service quality. To support this new way of working, the company established a dedicated retreat and collaboration hub in Croatia designed for remote workshops, team learning, and research.

Between 2022 and 2025, Siller entered a phase of strong growth and international consolidation. The firm deepened its cooperation with major consulting networks and institutional partners while maintaining full independence and ownership.
